Great Overall, minor issues
I’ve been a long time user of these programs, all the way back when they were separate apps and the concept of one app that compiled your other apps was a novelty. I absolutely love these apps, and they have helped me immensely in managing my collection, and now combining them all into a single app is beyond helpful. Transferring everything over was completely painless with the syncing from pure gaming. That said, there are still some things that I would love to see potentially in future updates (if the developer is planning on updating this program regularly that is):
1. Updated pal exclusive lists: the included ones, at least in the original split apps, were incorrect according to various searches of some games included on the list of non pal exclusives and pal exclusives
2. More modern old consoles: I would absolutely love to have a Wii U/Ps3/Xbox 360 collectors addition, seeing as how these consoles have finally wrapped production more or less, and their physical libraries are more or less set.
3. It would be cool if the apps included Japan exclusive games as well, but this is not necessarily important since you can add your own games if their not included on the list.
Again, overall this app (and the originals it’s based on) is fantastic and a must have for any retro game collector out there.

Everything you want in a collection app!
I’ve been on board with this app since the early days and I don’t know where I would be without it! Gone are the days that I picked up a double of a game not remembering if I had it or not. I like that you can notate if you have the box, manual, and game itself separately. There’s a rarity meter, up to date pricing, customizable lists, room for notes, and you can even upload a picture of your own. They support 25 systems at the time of this review, and when I have dealt with them personally, they are friendly, quick, and cleared up my question or problem immediately. Definitely one of the top three gaming collection apps out there. Highly recommended!
Retro Game Collector
Retro Game Collector is a video game database that is tailored to game enthusiasts who have large collections, are looking to acquire large collections or are interested in the retro market. The app allows users to analyze their game collection in a number of ways and acts as a shopping list for ones you still want to add to your collection. The app is easy to use with a full game catalog purchase menu or the ability to display content based on a particular gaming system from the main menu. When navigating a particular system menu it is easy to add data or view all the titles every released for that platform. The app gives you two unlocked system platforms from the start, the 32X and Virtual Boy, but users have to pay for the rest. It is smart for the developers to unlock these because the customers are more likely to pay for the others such as the NES, SNES, to be unlocked. I find the prices to unlock a platform or multiple platforms to be a bit too high especially when some other apps have databases you can view for free but you still get a lot of functionality here. Retro Game Collector is worth a download as a managing tool and reference point for games of the past.
